Update 31.3.2020
With the recent restrictions implemented by the Spanish government to help in the fight in curbing the Covid-19 virus. We have had many emails, regarding current orders, delivery dates & other consultations about special offers.
Our deliveries for online purchases continue to work perfectly, although with a slight delay compare to normal, but still within a normal time frame considering the situation which we are all facing. We ar woring toghether with customers which have orders for larger items, which also need instalation or assembly. Likewise for these orders & items which are being made to order, we please ask for undertstanding. With the tighter restrictions on peoples movements manufacturing plants are coping with only the most essential team members. However all should be back to full capacity once these next 15 days are over, as long as the government does not pre- long the current situation.
In futher regards to made to order items, such as beds. A majority of these orders are being kept clean and safe in our warehouse, until we can deliver them responsibly. All of our customers have been contacted by telephone to acknowledge the current situation . If you have not been contacted, please send us a email with your concern.
In order to get this message accross to our customers, we are teaming up with local radio stations, forums & online guide pages.
